Hey Guys, I've been driving myself nuts trying to find a pulley for my 1711.
The part no. is 756-0442. Its a 5/8" pulley .79" I.D. and 7" O.D. no one seems to have one and I need to get one before winter. The edge is pretty worn and the belt slips off when I'm shooting too much snow. Thanks for any info. |

The only pulley on the tractor would be the PTO pulley, all others are on the blower. ![]() |

Thats the part no. I need. The MTD site which shows that they have one - they really don't. I already tried with them. The pulley is part of the PTO. The belt wraps around the pulley on the engine then the pulley on the PTO carriage. On one edge of my pulley its pretty worn dowm. If I go hard plowin then the belt pops off and its a pain to put back on. There is a pretty good diagram of the pulley and related parts. No one seems to carry it anymore.

![]() ![]() Dimensions help... but how about some pics. Lets get some more info and maybe we can help. What does the center look like? What size it the shaft that goes through it? Is it cast or pressed? ????? If the part is NLA, then part #'s do us no good. |

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
