On the 128 cadet there is a plastic/fiberglass part that covers the steering tower area. It follows the contour of the hood. Have they ever made a metal one? I am getting my tractor powercoated and I would love to find a metal one.

what models are interchangeable with the 128? I can powder some plastics but some of them has low melting points and I need to have a backup incase my experiment goes bad.
Or is it fiberglass? I have not really looked at it enough to see the material is made of.

They are made of fiberglass. I believe any of the 86, 108,109,128,129,149,169 would work. The quietlines would probably work as well since you're doing a puller and are modifying it anyway. The actual aluminum dash insert would be different on the hydros and quietlines.

they are mold injected fiberglass. I think it would take the heat of powder coating
