Found source for rebuildable check valves
Did a search, and didn't see anything posted, so I thought I would let you know:
http://www.machtechdirect.com/valves.html Company in Ohio is selling automatic check valves which are owner rebuildable. They state you "simply remove snap ring, replace internals, and put it back together". I have a need for at least 4 of them (maybe more as my stable grows). They mention a better "discount" on larger volumes. Wonder if there would be enough interest here on OCC to get a "group buy" together and get the best price? Anybody have any experience with this company?

LJ Fluid Power sells NEW valves for a fair price.
These Sauer-Danfoss (Sundstrand) valves are NON- SERVICEABLE. There are people out there that claim to rebuild these valves and it is their own procedure. Personally, I would invest my money in something that will have a known track record and has a warranty.

Well I have rebuilt 6 of those relief valves to date and haven't had one failure . Not a hard task at all if you know your way around a lathe and a welder. Best part about it didn't cost me anything. Time wisely spent.
