Default New 1200 parked in the garage!

Looks like a nice one took over from Methos and as any cub it needs a few things but thats the fun right! Really nice driving even the misses agreed with me on that! Allen she's not a fan club of the 100's though. While picking up the 1200 she got the chance to drive the 100 and while its nice she didnt like the fenderless setup. Now just got to get some parts to get it ready to mow with!

I am hoping the two of them will produce another with a loader but the misses is not so sure the pocket book will handle it.

So that's where the 1200 got off to! Congrats I hope you get years of service from it. The misses did look pretty happy driving it. I wish all of my tractors had the smooth ride the 1200 has. Be warned you might have to buy more land so she can get some more seat time.

Ah, Duke told me he was able to unload that thing on an unsuspecting buyer, , LOL. Just kidding. I think you are really going to like that 1200. Hire her out to mow yards to get her some seat time and you some $$$ in the pocket.

AJ,
That's a nice 1200 you've got there. Congrats!! It's ok if she likes driving the 1200. That opens up opportunities for you to get another cub. I just can't get my wife to like cubs (more seat time for me, but makes it hard to convince the boss to let me get another!)

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
