Default Rear tire swap
I know that 23x9.50x12 will fit on the rims on my 129 that currently has 23x7.50x12 tires. Will the wider 9.50 tires work on the 129?

As long as the 23 and the 12 are the same you can put tires on as wide as 12's.

Your 129 should be wearing 23x8.50-12 tires, that is what it left the assembly line wearing.

But the 9.50 tires will fit your rims fine!
