Default Looky what I found!!!!

Found this on CL today. Looks great behind the "O". Bought it from the orignal owner. He told me he bought it when he bought his original in 1962. He sold the tractor a few years ago, but he took the time to show me some pictures of it. It looked even better than the cart. Said he sold it for 250 bucks. It had all the goodies on it fenders, wheel weights, lights, sleeve hitch, creeper, and a plow. Talked to him about it for over two hours. I had a great time just sitting on his porch and talking to him. Wish I could do that everyday!

Yes sir, how you know, were you one of the 30 people that called about it. His daughter was taking the calls and said she got about 30 calls on it.

Yea I saw that shredder wasn't it on CL to. I really like that shredder but I already have a chipper shredder that I don't use, so I figured no need for another one right. Would be cool to have though. Yep 100 bucks she told me that a guy called and she told him that there were already several people in front of him, and he said that he would give her 200 for it. She said no that she was going to sell it for the price they listed. Then he yelled at her and called her a name and hung up on her. Sounds like a real class act.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
