Scleve, welcome to this awesome forum! I'm 20 mi east of Charlotte. Hate you just found us because a few of us on here just attended the Redneck Plowday down in Taylors SC. Check it out here in the even section. We are also having another plowday a little over a week. Check that out too in the same section but titledNC plow day. We'd love to have you. Where are you located?

I'm not really close to SC border but I had a ball at the red neck plow day last weekend. What do you have for tractors?

I was at the Redneck plow day! I just rode my 107 around some. I'm just getting over some serious medical problems. I live in Easley SC about 10 miles from Vince. As for my Equipment I have a 106, 107, 108, 127, 282 and I am now looking for a wide frame roller that I can repower with a 13.5 Honda that I have had for years. I might try and come to the NC plowday if I can finish replacing the clutch in the 106.

Scott! I'm glad you found your way over here to OCC. I was the guy on the 125 trying to get you in the furrow all day. I'm glad your feeling better so you can get some cub time again. If you make it to the nc pd we can tag team some furrows.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
