bought a 42 deck

bought a 42 deck today in fairly good condition. 2 really small pin holes and minor rust that can be cleaned up easily. i bought it for 125 bucks, i also got the mule drive(i needed mule drive parts anyways). story is a guy down the street from me was out in his yard with a lawn roller and a IH cub cadet 70. i stopped and asked him if had any parts. he said he had a deck. i really wasnt looking for a deck, but for 125 the price was right. he asked me what it was worth to me. i thought it was a fair price and he accepted. how much are these decks worth? i now have 2 decks for my cub and 2 decks for my green tractor. so im pretty much decked out, lol. i have a NOS 48 deck that im putting together as well. the 48 is sweet

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
