Default Finally pics of the 109

Finally a couple pics of the original 109 I picked up a couple weeks ago. Runs good, but smokes. PO says it's been sitting for about 10 years, so I'm hoping stuck rings. It has a replacement 10 horse. Also came with the set of ags that will go on the 129 with loader. He kept calling the ags snowtires when we talked on the phone. This finally completes my set of
1X9's.

Thanks for all the comments guys!

Duke,
I'm not even gonna touch that cherry comment.

CC1450,
I now have an extra blade. I'll be putting one up fer sale in short order.

She's gonna have a stiff drink of Seafoam, and I'll see if I can get her to quit that bad smoking habit. Yeah, I'm gonna have to watch Lew to keep him away from my seat.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
