A good sandblaster uses a lot more than 19CFM.

Honestly for the size of compressor it takes to use even a small pot blaster efficiently, you're better off with getting a water blaster attachment for a pressure washer. Even a new 2500PSI pressure washer is cheaper than a good used compressor. The water blaster adapter is less than $100. Or at least when I bought mine it was. Plus, when blasting with water, there's no dust and you can do thin metal, like a hood, without worry of warpage.
