You're welcome but I'm running out of ideas. Here's a couple more shots in the dark....
The connector that goes to the fuel solenoid on the carburetor....
make sure it is a good connection and that you are getting 12 volts on it when the key is in the run and start positions. (zero volts when key is off). See top of page 25 in the manual. Also, if your tractor is equipped with the oil sentry, make sure the wire to it is attached.
