Hey Guys,
It's been a while, SO I got the PTO off! The engine is now at machine shop to get measured out and bored if necessary. By the looks of it I might get lucky and just need a new rod, piston and rings. I'm having them check the journals and what not.
I have a general question, I recently saw a new PTO on eBay that is supposed to be an upgrade. Has anyone had any interaction with these are they any good? They supposedly have twice the torque and run cooler. This all sounds wonderful but the one for the 982 sells for $400, while other ones are just $250. anyone know if one of the $250 ones will fit the 982?
