Not sure on a 1862 Cyclops, but on the previous generation "82 series", the hydro reverse switch is mounted behind the dashboard near the shifter lever. This is a normally closed switch when operating the machine in neutral or forward, meaning that when you move the shifter to reverse, the switch opens the circuit. To test for constant PTO operation and to make these changes are not permanent, I make a jumper wire to connect the two wires together.
