I'm not sure what rpm the pump is spinning at full engine rpm. I originally had all of the pulleys the same size but the belts would slip when the lift cylinder topped out and the pump hit the pressure relief valve. I changed the pulley diameters to help increase the torque transmitted to the pump. I also shimmed the relief valve in the pump to lower the pressure to keep from slipping the belts. The pump would slip the belts at 1200psi before and now the pump is set at 700psi. No more slipped belts unless they get stretched but they can be tightened fairly easily.
