The driver on E-bay looks like it needs a new bushing, so ad another $7 or $8.
And, if your 1200 has an aluminum pan, you likely have issues there as well with missing bolts and/or wallered out holes and worn mounting bosses.
All these issues lead to issues you have already discovered.
Inspect carefully.

Cracked driver plate is usually due to worn/loose bolts, worn degraded ISO mounts (they are after all nearly 50 years old) and possibly abuse or owner neglect.

Me, I'd replace the 3 pin driver, ISO mounts and do the cradle mod.
Plus fully inspect the complete drive train for loose everything, including throw out bearing, main spring, hanger assembly, teaser spring, clutch plates and disc, spirol pins, flex joints and rear coupler.
