My neighbor had a CC 1861 that he bought new in the 90s and put 135 hours on it (pushing snow, no rotary). It wouldn't start so he gave up on it and sold it to me. I cleaned the carb, replaced seals and tires and fired it up. It is like a new tractor, quiet and smooth compared to the JD 425 we also have. Bought a rotary and looking forward to the spring
