I should have provided some more info. I was in a rush to get the super diesel back in service before this snow storm but missed one important step in my thought process. The spirol pin is already removed and free. As you said, everything needs to slide forward. I will remove the engine mount bolts, hoist the engine, and move everything forward a bit. From there, I can replace everything I need (fan, rag joints, etc.) and button everything up. Only one issue, I have no means of lifting the Kubota D950 until I buy a shop crane. Oh well, I ended up bringing the 1282 out of hibernation to move the snow. I don't want to rush, so I will take my time and fix it right the first time. Anyway, below are some pictures because I am a visual person. Hopefully this post can help the next noobie someday. LOL
