well let me take a stab at this because it has peaked my interest. Terra trac which was bought out by case and small cletracs used a Clarck trans axle it was an open dif with band brakes on both sides of the diff. the way it works is you pull a lever to apply the brake and with open dif it lets the power got to the wheel that isn't braked. I think you could do the same with a cub cadet tranaxle with out board brakes you may have to modify them but it should work . you could use tracks off a bobcat mt55 or a ditch witch sk500 walk behind skid steer they arre the same pitch on the sprocket the ditch witch has a more agressive pattern than the bobcat and I use to put ditch witch tracks the bobcat for one of my customers . I would build my own track roller fram using ditch witch parts just for the meer fact there is a dealer just down the road from me if I remember right sprockets weren't bad idlers were alittle pricey and rollers were cheap that is my take what do you all think
