That looks to be a very nice condition "survivor," or tractor that hasn't been restored. If you can get help getting it running, your sale will go quicker and net a larger profit.
Something of note: That is a garden tractor, not a lawn tractor. Use that in your advertising text along with any implements, mower deck, etc. Tell them the back story of your dad, all good stuff.
