Thanks for the input and advise on the nuts & bolts. After reading your epic journey on your "O" from cover to cover, the end result was awesomely outstanding. Congratulations!!!
Your finished pics showed me that the Zinc & Clear plated finish looks pretty good. I now think that I will proceed in the same fashion. I also noticed that my air brush idea will work out for some of the smaller parts that I will have to paint. All of the airlines in my shop have inline regulators and oilers, so I will simply have to remove one of the oilers.
