I wish it were but the deck lift arms are fine as are the bolts. There has to be something else I am not seeing. I've taken the deck off again and moved the lift arms via the handle and do see them both moving up and down just the right one moves a lot less. I have put pressure on them to see if they move independently but they do not.
With the deck reinstalled the right side moves slightly in the rear (gets maybe an inch off the ground) but the right front remains on the ground while the left side raises 4-5 inches front and back.
