If you want a CAT 0 quick hitch cheap and easy,,,
you might be better off getting a HF $75 quick hitch,,, and cut it down a little,,,
I think all you would have to do is narrow it, and lower the center hook.
This quick hitch weighs almost nothing,, and it has been perfect behind my JD 650,,
