I like the idea for the fan, but wouldn’t be too confident in it staying together at the speed those things rotate at. I’d be afraid especially of layer separation in the fan blades.
Have also used an elastomeric type material to print off the rubber cover for hydraulic lift handle when I added dual valve to my 782. Didn’t come out as clean as I would have liked on outside, but it’s functional. Used same stuff then to make some dust caps for the front outlets that I put on.
Saw on FB where someone was printing the rubber mounting gaskets to go under marker lights on old vehicles. I didn't realize they had that type of material available.
