While it might be handy if one needs such, I concur with Oak on the price.
Someone knew what they wanted, and went about building it.
"A labor of love" if you will.
That has no bearing on the value of something.

The term "it's all been rebuilt" is a tired term with no definition.
A rattle can or a high dollar paint job has no bearing of the working condition.
To some a few new or used parts and gaskets or RTV and/or paint means "all rebuilt"
To others it means totally remanufactured with all moving parts either replaced or renewed to new condition, not just cleaned and reassembled,
either way, going current market price usually is "what it is worth"
lipstick on a pig or princess changes nothing, beauty is in the eyes of the BEER holder
