Default Cub friendly raised beds?

I've got a couple raised beds in my garden, and a wise man once told me to work smarter, not harder. Currently I drive my beast of a 1964 Sears rear tine tiller up a set of ramps and into my raised garden beds and manhandle it through them and the rest of the garden. My recent upgrade to a Cub Cadet 149 with a tiller has me looking to rid myself of that mammoth man killer of a machine, but I've got to come up with a way to till the beds with the cub first. Someone in this group has to have some ideas.

Do you have beds built that you can drive a cub on, or in? Ramps or blocks cut to get up on them? Bonus points for repurposed materials and 2 by lumber.
