Talking 1864 restoration process photos

Here are a few pics showing the progress of the 1864 restoration...

Parts were cleaned and degreased, repaired as needed, pressure blasted, sanded, worn areas built up with welder and ground smooth, primed and top coated with 4 coats of cub cadet yellow 99 paint with reducer and hardener added. Cub cadet and Kohler brand parts were used to replace worn out parts.

This project took awhile, but I had fun and learned a bit more about Cub Cadet tractors in the process...all and all, a good experience!
