Hopefully you are correct. I took another look today. Looks like the one pin was cut loose and turned around. Shouldn't be too hard to fix, just got to get off all the weld on the other side, maybe make a new pin since this one has already been welded twice. Looks like the frame will have about 3/4-to 1 inch of clearance once it is mounted to the tractor.
