Thanks, I did not realize there was an adapter kit. I assume I have the wrong one since the old 44" deck did not shred belts, but the new 50" deck does? Is there any way to identify which is which? It looks like the adapter kit is still available
As far as the belt goes, a friend repowered it with a Kohler V-twin after the onan blew up, so the belt length is slightly different now
