John, here was the original carb. Probably what you have.

I pulled a Nikki carb off of another B48G engine, soaked it good and tried my best at cleaning it. I was told that you should really pull the welch plugs but the kit I got didn't have them. Where is a good source for them or do they need to be OEM?
Where did you find your kit John?
When I install this China special I'm going to pull the old one apart and dig into it a little deeper.
