Got my front tires (4.00-8 Deestone) mounted on the wheels (3.75x8). The tire changer worked good, but on the second tire, I didn’t used the install tool. I just lubed up the beads good and pushed both beads over the rim. Setting the tires in front of a space heater to soften the rubber helped a lot.
