I see SGT brake pads are NLA. I've seen posts suggest repadding them in the past, but not any that really document the process or where to find materials.

I also have another brake pad issue that a repadding isnt gonna fix. Mine has quite a lot of pad on them, but they barely work. When I went to adjust them I found that the caliper "arm" or lever or whatever you want to call it, had worn a notch into the backside of the pad's backing plate. The result being that I cant really adjust it tight enough regardless of amount of pad. I'm not sure what to do with it beyond break out the welder I havent unpacked yet, and I'm pretty sure that would destroy the pad material. Have any of yall encountered this yet?
