Default Onan Oil Plug?

Hey Guys,
I drained the oil out on my 982 for the first time last night. I realized the oil plug is in a horrible spot! I'd really like to install an oil valve so it's easier to do oil changes! I have 2 I'm looking at but I'm unsure of the size of the actual oil plug. I know I used a 3/4 socket to remove it but that is not what they show on the charts on the Valve site.

Can someone verify what size the actual plug is? I'm guessing it's a 3/8" NPT plug. but I'd really like to make sure I'm ordering the right thing the first time.
