Actually it's not directly related but darn close. The left side of your deck isn't moving because of a broken pin also. Or I guess your rockshaft could be broken. On your rockshaft, plates that move up and down that are directly on the tracor are pined to the shaft. It's not uncommon to see one of those pins broken. It sounds like maybe the hit something really hard with it and broke both the pin for the lift and the pin for the lever on the outside of the frame.
