I just ordered a set of 4, 0.020 inserts from eBay to do this exact job,. I have 2 used Kohler rods at the machine shop to have them bored for an insert as we speak. I found out the application needed, can go std all the way to 0.060 under. Let's see what he charges me to rework the rod, will make future rebuilds a piece of cake, can use the same rod for any undersize I want. I have a k321 in machine work right now, with a pair of k341s and a M14 ready right behind this one for the machine shop.
