As a note, this repair will require you to readjust the governor, and all the carb settings. Make dang sure you know how to do this, and complete all adjustments before running it again. The governor is going to be pretty far out of adjustment. Better find a manual for the engine.

Maybe take it to a repair shop and have them do it...Better be safe than sorry.
