First off if you have 15 hrs on it, you need not work on it, it will void your warranty. There is no adjustment on them.

You will loose some speed, but not to a crawl. We have a steep hill we test our machines on, I mean like you'll flip over backwards on some spots.

I would take it to a dealer and let them look at it. With 15 hrs, it shouldn't do that. With 700 it should be noisy and a little slower.

If I find someone had gone in and done anything other than regular maintenance, Cub will not cover it.
