More than likely your filter has stopped up with the gunk that was loosened and you didn't see it to get it out. I did the same thing and stopped up my new filter on a 107. replaced the filter again and have had no trouble. if you fill the filter before you put it on you shouldn't have any problems.

I've had that happen, too...try another filter.
