Model 149 Hydro Question
Just changed out the fluids and filter on the hydro unit in my Model 149 and since have had issues with the drive. after about an hours use I started noticing the drive was sluggish in reverse then noticed it was sluggish to the point it would only travel at about half speed (under 4 mph) in drive. I used hytran ultra fluid and the correct filter, cleaned all the gunk from the bottom of the differential. Jacked up the front end about 9" and let the unit drain for about 4 hours to make sure everything came out.
Drive shaft and pin are fine.
Air in the system?? If so how do I purge it?
