Well it runs, not real pretty, but it runs.
Found where the ground wire should have been, the PO must have needed a short wire for something and removed it
Made up a new one and cleaned up the attachment points and away it went, so to speak.
Well I sure do appriciate everyone chimming in with your suggestions, really helped alot.
If I wasn't so far away, the cold ones would be on me
