You will need to tighten the cable clamp on the throttle bracket in accordance with the proper throttle control setting. That should hold up the throttle bracket in place. I have done this to mine. I'am no expert. But I can say that I'am in the ballpark, and operating smoothly. I keep the throttle cable well oiled for eazy movement, helps the setting points. Make sure you snug up the throttlebracket in place before you tighten the clamp screw. Hopefully a member can you give more insight.
