Default Problem solved

I took another look at my oil press sw to see if it had the reducer on it. It didn't have one an bolted right into the engine block. So on to paln B. As I started to remove the fan shroud I noticed that the oil press wire had a cut in it where it went under the metal housing. Sure enough it had exposed wire that was making contact with the metal housing and turning on the low oil pressure light by ground. I replaced the short piece of wire and that was all it took.
