Default Sweeper re-birth?

I brought home my revamped sweeper tonight. Had been working at it in the shop at my old man's place. Now I just need it to STOP raining so I can try it out. He gave it to me when he stripped the plastic drive teeth off it a couple years ago - I figured I could make it stronger and a little more reliable. Will see hopefully in the next day or two how I made out. So far I have almost $125.00 invested in it. And if it works out - its a FAR cry better than the ones Home Depot sells around here. They are way too light as far as I am concerned.

Found these tire & rim assemblies at TSC the other day finally. $25.00 per set

Friend of mine found these tranny gears for me. She spent about an hour or two one day looking through parts books and spied them in one of the older Massey Ferguson models. It passed one of her slow days at work this past winter. What else is a parts person to do?
