It sounds like a good price with the creeper and original seat,plus it runs good.Some pictures would be helpful,but even if it is rough thats a decent deal.A few things to check,drive it around an make sure none of the gears pop out,the creeper in high and low too.It seems you have checked the rest of the normal stuff. Get us some pictures and it would be a little more easy for us to tell you.
