All the rims that we have fit each tractor. We have 4 major brand tractors and they all fit each other. All are 5 bolt wheels. I think there is different offsets, but am not completely sure on that one. One way to change the offset is to turn the wheel around. One way will make a narrow tread, and the other way will make a wide tread. Here is a scan from an OT tractor manual. I am not sure about the valve stem thing, but I would guess it is correct.
