I found the washer in the plumbing section, there was a box of assorted washers for plumbing fixtures. The purple washer is a very dense rubber, almost plastic like. It fit perfectly in carb, just had to drill out center a little for a super snug fit. It works great as it's on my 147 that's running good now! If you need part# I can get it for you when I head over to the store today, tomorrow.
