I gave $65 for mine at auction a few years back in better condition.
But in defense of the seller,
They don't make them any more and the puller crowd likes them.
it don't have to look purdy to work hard and earn their keep.
400 miles is a ways to travel.
It does have a hyd lift cyl in the picture, so it had hydraulics at one time.
But like the others, I'd pass at that price,
Him being a puller would alert me that maybe he kept all the good parts out of it or swapped parts and selling what is left.
Just saying, buyer beware.
