I have been out of town the past few days, took Cub #1 with me to do some mowing. It drove me crazy, seems I did NOT fix it via the clutch safety switch.
Must be the ignition or PTO switch.
I have the advantage of pulling parts off of my other Cubs to test for bad parts.
This helps with electrical troubleshooting, but only the carbs for the fuel delivery issues.
I am back on Cub #2 and #3 tomorrow. Thank you for all replies during this frustrating time. It's a big help to me.
