I see this message is several days old but in my experience owning several 2182's, the problem for me has always been in the connectors. I have never had a bad switch, module or starter. it has always been a poor connection or broken wire. I would start with pulling each plug apart, cleaning the connection when possible or plug/unplug them 5-10 times to clean off the terminals. when you have time clean them all - I used CRC QD cleaner and dielectric grease to protect
Sorry, I have had a failed seat switch. I have by-passed it on mine.
