Based I your photo... The part I was calling the Governor Arm was incorrect. The rod I am speaking of connects the Governor Arm in the photo to the Throttle on the Carburetor... Sorry
Also is there supposed to be a bit of play on the Governor Arm connection to the throttle on the carb?
