OK, I figure the belts on my 149 need to be replaced at some point, but the starter/generator belt seems to be twisting as the engine runs. When I first noticed it, I did a quick fix in the driveway, but when I pulled the Cub into the barn, I noticed it was twisted again. Hmmm, OK, so after it cooled off some, I straightened it, tightened things up, and after starting it up, it twisted again!
And then...again...and again.
It appears that all things are lined up and in good order. Could this be due to a worn belt?
Any ideas?
